I took my car to Nicholson’s with a number of faults on the vehicle dashboard resulting from work carried out by another garage. Nicholsons, and in particular Graham, worked extremely hard and thoroughly to identify the cause of the multiple faults. These faults had been created by simply removing a fuse from the panel. The team at Nicholsons had to carry out research in order to identify that the fuse was even missing. They could easily have taken more costly options if just replacing component parts but instead chose to properly investigate the issue. I have never previously given a 5/5 rating as I believe there is always something to improve but, in this occasion, I cannot speak more highly of the service, care and attention to detail shown.
